Your custom event is a moving experience from the moment guests arrive at the VIP Entrance, take a Zen Garden stroll and arrive beneath our 100 year old Tree of Life for the ceremony.

All events at Patch support our non-profit mission as we care for trees, bees, birds, bats and butterflies.

We are a federally-recognized 501(c)3 committed to forest regeneration, conservation and mindful nature education. Our event fees are tax-deductible.

When you decide to celebrate your special day at Patch, you will be in direct communication with our staff dedicated to managing Proposals and Weddings. From small elopement to large ceremonies, we will be there with you or your planner to ensure everything goes flawlessly.

  • We require that you have a wedding planner for on-site vendor management
  • Weekday events get top priority
  • Weekend events after 5 pm (with flex of one hour of prep starting at 4 pm)
  • Capacity is 100 people or less
  • Nature-based eco-sustainable focused events encouraged
  • Patch is a venue-only location
  • Please allow several business days for us to respond noting that our open hours are Wednesday through Sunday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Note: The fee for a wedding proposal is $450 and that donation can be made online via our “Donate” button. This wedding proposal request form is not a booking or reservation guarantee at POHS. Upon receipt, we will review your request and assess our calendar availability, please allow a few days for us to respond as we are open Wednesday to Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00 pm
