Dear Nature Lover,
What a delight to invite you to experience a dream come true! I’m Suzanne Jewell, Chief Experience Officer at Patch Of Heaven Sanctuary, and the founder of the Mindful Pocket Park. Both a Nature lover and burnout survivor, I believe this collaboration can help humans sit, stay and heal at the speed of Nature.

In today's fast-paced world, we are constantly inundated with information and distractions, which can lead to increased stress levels and decreased attention spans. The American Psychological Association (2021) has highlighted that nearly 80% of adults are experiencing negative health effects due to stress, while research published in the Harvard Business Review (2017) indicates that our attention spans have diminished significantly.

The digital era of distraction is challenging our capacity to pay attention, taking a toll on our personal wellbeing, relationships, work-life balance, and overall happiness. This bold innovation at the Speed of Nature here at Patch Of Heaven Sanctuary activates our vision to reconnect Humans to Nature one mindful walk, one tree, one butterfly and one breath at a time.
The Mindful Pocket Park is our response to these modern-day challenges. Through this unique and immersive sensory experience, we aim to help you reconnect with the natural world, recharge your mind, and elevate your awareness. We believe that by taking the time to slow down and taking "The Nature Pill", we can restore our mental balance and improve our overall well-being.
