Suzanne Jewell, Your Host

Chief Experience Officer of Patch of Heaven Sanctuary has led 100+ ecowellness retreats for nearly 9,000 guests as part of the mission to reconnect Human Nature & Mother Nature, through mindfulness, for the benefit of both, along with efforts to “put Patch on the map” as Best Outdoor Attraction 2025; she leads the expansion efforts to double in size for this 20 acre forest preserve, whose mission is regeneration, conservation and mindful nature immersions.

Founder of the world's 1st Mindful Pocket Park at Patch; she pivoted professionally after burnout as a global TV executive, followed by a two-year neuroscience of mindfulness training at UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center, combined with the "Nature Pill" research from the University of Michigan's School of Environmental Sustainability about the benefits of reducing the stress hormone, cortisol, when immersing oneself in Nature. She works with leadership teams in the non-profit and corporate sector, and facilitates public nature-based mindfulness retreats. Jewell hails from having launched TV networks in 47 countries; retreat clients include Televisa/Univision, The Miami Foundation, Miami Dade College, Ornare, ACLU, The Cleo Institute, Babson College, University of Miami’s Wellbeing Collective, District 8 Commissioner Danielle Cohen Higgins, Endeavor Miami, and more.

Licensed clinical psychologist, guest faculty, executive coach and three-time international tech co-founder and CEO of CoachEra®, Dr. Haynes Collective, and Bolt Mobility with Usain Bolt. Dr. Bita Haynes co-designs immersive and experiential retreats that blend wellness, movement, strategic goal setting, and team building to reconnect mind and body for peak performance.
